To receive your order by Christmas, please place your order no later than December 15.
Below you’ll find detailed shipping options by region to help you choose the best delivery method.

🇨🇿 Orders Within the Czech Republic

For domestic orders, we ship with PPL.

  • Delivery time: usually 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed by December 20 typically arrive before Christmas

🇪🇺 Shipments Within the European Union

We ship EU orders primarily with PPL.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • To avoid holiday delays, we strongly recommend ordering by December 15

🌍 Shipping Outside the EU

For destinations outside the EU, delivery times vary significantly.

🚀 UPS (Recommended for Christmas)

  • Typical delivery time: up to 4 business days

  • During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 days

  • Order by December 15 and choose UPS to maximize the chance of delivery before Christmas

📦 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 14–21 days

  • Due to holiday volume, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed
