To receive your order by Christmas, please place your order no later than December 15.
Below you’ll find detailed shipping options by region to help you choose the best delivery method. Please note that shipping time is calculated separately and does not include processing time.

We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas for any orders placed after December 15.

🇨🇿 Orders Within the Czech Republic

For domestic orders, we ship with PPL.

  • Delivery time: usually 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed by December 17 typically arrive before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee it.

🇪🇺 Shipments Within the European Union

We ship EU orders primarily with PPL.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • To avoid holiday delays, we strongly recommend ordering by December 15

🌍 Shipping Outside the EU

For destinations outside the EU, delivery times vary significantly.

🚀 UPS (Recommended for Christmas)

  • Typical delivery time: up to 5 business days

  • During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 days

  • Order by December 15 and choose UPS Express to maximize the chance of delivery before Christmas

📦 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 14–21 days

  • Due to holiday volume, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed
